Google docs
Google Docs is a data storage online-based service that is provided by Google for free. It enables you to collaborate together with your colleagues while storing and editing data instantly. It features a word processing application that will allow you to share memos, articles or any documents with your team. It includes a spreadsheet application that allows you to share relevant data for example company reports, budget proposals and financial statements with your associates. Sharing files is created easier because these documents can be accessed by different people simultaneously.

As well as that, Google Docs also enables you to store any kind of files whether a sound file, a picture, or a word document.

Personally, I've been using Google Docs for a long time now and I couldn't remember a downtime, at least not for me. It's been very helpful in my experience with my business too. Collaboration with my team with real-time updates helped me manage things accordingly and smoothly.

Whenever I need to share personal files to my colleagues who're from other parts of the world, I want not tire myself of endlessly sending updating documents for them. I simply make one document and upload it in Google Docs and share it to my team. I'm able to even limit their access to my documents. I'm able to set the "can edit" subscription if I would like them to do necessary edits in the documents I'm sharing, or I can change that to "can view" if I do not want these to do anything in my files. Here's a video regarding how to maximize Google Docs for your business.

So long as you have the internet connection, you can access your Google Docs files anywhere, any time. You don't have to download any software to have access to Google Docs. As long as you possess a Gmail account along with a reliable web connection, then accessing your files wherever you are in the world isn't a problem due to the technological difficulty cloud system that saves the data.

Dictionary with spell checker? Check!
